As part of our goal to provide better services and customized solutions, we recently added a new option to our ColorSave 1000 feeder – the option to choose to work with imperial units in addition to metric units.
So, for example, the customer can set the injection weight in pounds instead of grams. If the feeder is taking part in an extrusion process, the flow rate can be set in pounds per hour instead of kilograms per hour. It is also possible to perform a calibration process and report the weight in pounds and not in grams.
