New innovation: The global launch of two weighing and dosing solutions: the ColorSave 1000X and the BatchSave Hybrid.

We’re pulling back the curtain now, exclusively sharing the first details of these game-changing launches.

At K 2025, we will introduce the ColorSave 1000X, the next evolution of our acclaimed gravimetric feeder. This isn’t just an upgrade; it’s a significant leap forward in user experience and feeder efficiency. Imagine enhanced SmartClean self-cleaning technology that finishes cleaning the weighing hopper in just 10 seconds, meticulously removing even the tiniest masterrbatch residues. Coupled with an innovative PLC controller, a vibrant 7-inch touch screen, and an external hopper with a hydraulic piston for easy, hinged access, the ColorSave 1000X redefines convenience for calibration and maintenance.

Equally thrilling is the debut of our BatchSave Hybrid. This innovative hybrid system masterfully combines a four-channel gravimetric batch blender (perfect for raw materials) with two high-precision gravimetric screw feeders designed for low-percentage additives. Positioned beneath the blender, these channels feed directly into your production machine’s throat, guaranteeing accuracy and material separation. And yes, they too benefit from our renowned SmartClean technology.

From Micro-Batches to Centralized Control: Our Dosing Powerhouse

But the innovations don’t stop there. We’re also showcasing our central dosing system, the BlendSave Compact. This automated system for managing and blending raw materials across ten channels boasts a small footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained production floors. The BlendSave Compact allows every machine to receive any recipe, at any time, eliminating operator intervention and cross-contamination. Expect high dosing accuracy, full traceability, and seamless alignment with your Industry 4.0 goals. The prepared batches are distributed by the Compact OctoBatch, perfectly suited for 10 different machines, performing live demonstrations throughout the show.

• Continuous Color Control for Finished Products: The Spectro will be demonstrating live, continuous color control. This system identifies even the slightest shade deviations during production, providing instant alerts and enabling rapid corrections that prevent scrap and defective products. See how it saves you time and material in real-time!
• Color Control for Virgin and Recycled Raw Material Pellets: Bringing lab capabilities directly to your production floor, the Spectro PMD (Pellet Measurement Device) is our newest solution. Designed for precise color inspection of plastic pellets, it delivers fast, automatic quality control for recycled materials (PCR), masterbatches, or compounds. The system samples material from the line, measures its color, and returns it, eliminating lab delays and allowing for immediate responses to quality issues.
• Intelligent Color Correction for Recycled Materials: The SpectroMetric 6, launched last year and a joint development with Ampacet, is specifically engineered for recycled material production. This system doesn’t just measure color – it automatically corrects it in real-time! Powered by Ampacet’s mono pigment color technology, patented FluxQF™ color technology, it utilizes pure pigments with superior coloring, dispersion, and pigment loading capabilities. These pigments correct the inherent inconsistencies and lower quality of recycled raw materials, preventing overdosing and significantly reducing production costs. With seven dosing channels (one for recycled material, six for colors) and LIAD’s micro-dosing technology, it’s a game-changer.
