Description

The weight in the hopper stays below the Minimum Hopper Weight parameter for more than the value of the Loading Time parameter + 30 seconds, despite the loading operation.

 

Reasons

  • The nozzle is not in the material bag
  • No material in the material bag
  • The loading solenoid is damaged
  • Material clogs in the loader
  • Low pressure compressed air

 

Solutions

  • Make sure the nozzle is in the material in the bag
  • Check proper operation of the loader and the solenoid
  • Check that the material does not clog in the loader
  • Check compressed air not less than 6 bar
