Description

The IC (Internal Counting) value is too low during Zero calibration.

 

Reasons

  • Load cell protection device is locked
  • Damaged or unconnected load cell

 

Solutions

  • Unreleased load cell protection device
  • Make sure the load cell is properly connected to the controller box
  • Make sure the load cell is not damaged
