Gain calibration error

 

 

Description

The IC (Internal Counting) value is too low during Gain calibration.

 

Reasons

  • Wrong selection or definition of the standard weight
  • Load cell protection device is locked
  • Damaged or unconnected load cell

 

Solutions

  • Check that the test weight match the value of the entered weight
  • Unreleased load cell protection device
  • Make sure the load cell is properly connected to the controller box
  • Make sure the load cell is not damaged
