Description

The change in the measured weight of the hopper between 2 successive shots is irregular – more than twice the set point, but not less than 10 gr. The controller disregards this change in its control calculation.

The deviation between the desired and the actual amount appears on the “Feed Deviation” popup alarm window.

 

Reasons

  • Usually this alarm appears when there is a vacuum leak from the main material loader’s flap, and material sucked by the vacuum from the weighing hopper through the neckpiece

Solutions

  • If vacuum leaks from the main material loader’s flap, make sure the flap is sealed
