Description

The actual percentage is smaller than or bigger than the desired percentage in a value that is bigger than the value of the tolerance value but not less than 0.1 gr.

 

Reasons

  • Vibration of the production machine
  • Non-homogeneous material
  • Bridging of the material in the weighing hopper

 

Solutions

  • If the production machine vibrates, increase LP Factor and Average Factor in Special Parameters screen
  • Verify homogeneous of the material
  •  Make sure there are no big particles in the material
