When a mixer is required to achieve a homogenous mixture underneath a vacuum receiver, MixeReceiver can unify the mixing and loading process in one device. As a result, the total height of the system decreases, the operational safety increases, and the cleaning and maintenance processes become simple and effective.
MixeReceiver includes a piston that ensures sealing of the bottom flap during the vacuum loading. In addition, a rotary paddle level switch at the bottom of the system initiates a new loading and mixing process whenever it recognizes a decrease in the mixture level.
When working with regrinding and recycled materials, MixeReceiver is ideal for mixing those materials, when a proportional valve is utilized in the raw material inlet.
